We offer a customer friendly 2-day return policy. Please note that the return window will automatically close 48 hours after delivery, and requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.
- Please email us within 2 working days at kyrawithlove@gmail.com along with your order ID & reason of return.
- If you think, you have received the package in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person immediately.
- Customers must report any product damage within 2 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return due to damage, an unboxing video is mandatory.
- We do not issue any cash refunds. Store credits will be issued to your KYRA Wallet forreturned items. These credits can be used for future purchases. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 60 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items only a single deduction of Rs 60 will be made for the entire order & not on each individual item.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
- Please note, we do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, kindly initiate a return for your original order and place a new one for the desired product.
- Products purchased in the period of a special promotional offer, sale or any special scheme, cannot be returned or replaced.

In case of Damage & Missing Product:
If you receive a damaged product, we’re here to help – but there are a few important steps to follow:
